“The property has a great all inclusive breakfast and also love the fact that they have an outdoor pool since the neighboring hotel doesn't. I've stayed here in the past when visiting family near by and haven't been disappointed. Also I want to thank the two front desk employees Michelle and Tyrese, for understanding my situation and being super accommodating to my needs. You guys rock!!! Phil and Laura; the inn keepers hosted our amazing stay and provided information on the rich history of the site. “The cabin pictured and advertised on Expedia was NOT what was actually booked. The pictures showed and total different set up including bunk beds and a full bath and kitchen which were not in the actual cabin when we arrived. The pond that’s in the background was not anywhere near the cabin they put us in. The cabin you see on Expedia is not what you actually stay in. ”

“We could have gotten past the fact that the house was not the cleanest or the fact that there was really no place to hung your clothes. All the bedroom closet were full on the host personal items. Most of the kitchen cabinets were also full of the host personal food, two cabinets were full of spices, most expired. And really no sets of dishes to eat off of. The smell and taste of the water was horrible. We couldn’t even brush your teeth without a using a bottle of water to rinse. We spent a lot……

“So the parking was a bit hard to find because it was down a side alleyway. When we got inside, none of the beds had sheets on them and the linens in the dryer were still a bit damp. I texted the host but got no response. There was brown stains on the memory foam mat in the kitchen and spider webs in the bathroom that we had to clean. I later called the host because the WiFi password wasn’t listed in the welcome book as written in the Evolve email. You cannot access the bedroom TV at the same……

“Nice property however needs a deep cleaning….refrigerator, under beds, sticky floors, and ceiling fan definitely needs attention. Nice area. The dining area antique table and chairs are not comfortable…the rest of the couches and chairs are good…lots of room and nice game room.”

Yorktown right across the bridge with its beautiful historic homes, shops, restaurants and beach.”
