“There was no hot water, and the hotel was old and dirty！The bed sheet has hair left by previous guests, and it feels like it hasn't been changed”

“We had a leak on our AC and it would leak inside our room onto the floor, so it was always wet. The workers don’t come and clean your room you have to request it. We requested it and they didn’t come that day, they waited until the day before we left to clean it. There is no vending machine for ice, you have to buy it onsite, we tried multiple times and it wouldn’t work, we told the staff and they said “call the number”. They didn’t even bother to help. Also let’s not talk about their onsite……

“This property was very cozy and was easily accessible to the beach and other amenities. It was really clean and the beds were extremely comfortable!”

“Our room was upgraded, clean and comfortable. We had a king sized bed with a bedroom balcony. In the separate living room we had a sofa sleeper, cushion chair, a table and chairs and a second balcony. Both balconies look out at the gulf. There also was a full kitchen with new appliances. The staff was pleasant and very friendly and helpful. Being right on the beach, the location could not have been better. Walking distance to several great restaurants made it convenient.”

“The master bathroom toilet leaks around the base so don’t leave the toilet paper beside the toilet! The room was not cleaned properly. Our shower was nasty, and the floor had sand and hair on it. The stairs by the elevator smelled like the monkey exhibit at the zoo. The elevators times are awful. I wish every floor had a walkway from the condo to the parking garage then the elevator wait times would be better, instead of just the first 6 floors. Women at the resort were wearing inappropriate……

“The location is excellent, the beach is great. There's a nice restaurant nearby. The room is your typical motel room with a kitchenette. No balcony or private window.”

“Booking here was a horrible mistake. The room was completely messy when we arrived, the beds were awful to sleep in, very uncomfortable, and the worst part in one bed there was yellow slimy gunk as if someone had thrown up on the bed…the other bed sheets looked very dirty too. Floors are dirty, the entire room was breaking apart…we will make sure our message is spread with pictures of everything that we experienced. The very least we deserve a full or partial refund. The hotel was just a……

“Elevator did not work. We were on the 4th floor. I paid all my fees through Expedia. Now they are trying to charge me more money. Saying I did not pay all the fees! Please make this make sense”
