“Staff was helpful and curtious, breakfast was excellent best biscuits ever!!”

“Our room was clean , the hotel is very dated . It needs a make over , the breakfast was delicious and the staff was very nice and helpful ,they should supply beach chairs with our extra costs we had to pay .”

“There is MAJOR renovations happening so things are tore apart and no pool available. We did have a renovated room and it was CLEAN AND FABULOUS! Comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast was not bad at all for having to work around renovations. ”

“I loved this property overall. The view and amenities were great, and I really enjoyed my stay. However, the room was not cleaned very well, and there was sand in the beds, which was disappointing. Aside from that issue, everything else was enjoyable. Staff was great!”

“Disgusting floors not cleaned at all and very sticky, the bed had stains all over it not pleasing, and the shower barely even works. It smells bad in the hotel as well. Short curly black hairs literally inside the towels like bundled up in it. Mold alllll over the ceiling and shower liner. We knew we were coming into a cheap place but this is not what the pictures shows at all. ”

“Thought we would have a beach front unit… small print said gulf view, large print said beach front. Jamie at the desk “tried “ to get it changed or compensate for the lack of clarity but nothing was done. The room shows wear and tear, was basic. The floors were nasty, we had to sweep and mop on day one, the babies socks looked like they had walked on a tarred road. The pools were nice, not enough loungers though. The beach was beautiful. Our family enjoyed the pool and the beach. The elevators……

“Great beach location and lots of security on premises. Common areas well maintained. Unit was tired and worn out though. Furniture felt unstable and swivel chair leaning to one side. The ottoman was unsafe to sit on without falling through. One kitchen cabinet about to fall off hinges which I discovered when I opened the door. Beach chairs had torn canvas seats so unsafe to use. Bedroom carpets were very dirty (based on evidence from being barefoot in the unit). Television didn’t function until……

“The condo was beautiful inside and just like it was pictured. The resort itself could use some updated paint and the door was very chipped. But we were very happy with the condo and communication via the app was great! It was walkable to many fun things like mini golf and Walmart was right across the street which was super convenient. We loved our stay here and the five pools were awesome!!! ”
