“Worst VRBO experience imaginable. No AC. No microwave. No ventilation or natural light. RATS everywhere outside, and no screens, so windows cannot be opened. This is an illegal unit with multiple code violations. Showers don’t drain so the water is up to your shins when you are finished. Only Lukewarm water in shower and scalding water in the sink. Cheap, worn linens. It was 85 degrees in the apartment. No fans. No lamps. No mirrors— just a cracked, broken mirror on the medicine cabinet which……

“This place is very spacious and nice in the Upper East Side. Check in is so easy, and there is luggage storage for before and after stay. The kitchen is well-stocked for basic cooking. TVs and air in every room and comfortable beds. The place was very clean, just the walls could use a little refresh with all the luggage in and out. Happy we stayed here!”

“Good safe place in NYC. Only 2 elevator was working and they at times had guests use service elevator competing with service staff (read trash services) for use. Had free umbrella in room for rain. Good shower small room. ”

“Good area, good communication with property manager and he was very nice and helpful, not the same unit shown in the pics that I booked online, ceiling leaked in second bedroom, no hot water on day of checkout, no heat on day of checkout, bathroom ceiling has a hole that’s dropping fragments into shower and on window seal ”
