“After we had to contact VRBO for check-in instructions, we finally heard from the host past check-in time. When we arrived at the property it was clear it had not been cleaned. After hours of trying to contact the host, with no luck, we were forced to find a new place to stay. Then we had to spend hours with VRBO for a full refund as the supervisor I was directed to told me that they don't do full refunds. HOW is that possible? We then were on our own, at 9:30 PM in a rural part of Virginia……
