“Great vacation spot”

“The access cars used to get into the room had to be reloaded every time I left and returned. On the third day of my stay the person at the front desk finally told me the reason was because I had it near my phone and it was getting erased. Problem is, I have to have my phone and my room key with me. This is an extremely inconvenient way to access my room by having to get it reloaded every time before going up, or go up find out it doesn't work and go back down to have it reloaded. “Our room was so filthy. The towels had stains all over them that were hanging up in the bathroom. The comforter had spots all over it, and there was a dirty sock that my dog grabbed that had hair all over it for years. This property was disgusting.. We had booked it for two not stay and ended up leaving after the first night. They told us that they were gonna give us our money back for the second night and instead charged us for a third night. I’ve called the hotel multiple times and they keep……
