“Did not like that we had to check in at the Elizabeth Oceanfront Suites next door. The only indication of this is on the sign for the Newport Oceanfront Inn. Nothing on the website. Would have made check in easier for alot of guests. They are remodeling the Newport Oceanfront Inn so I get it. We also had to change rooms 3 times. 1st 1 had NO power cable to the TV. 2nd 1 the TV was nothing but fuzzy no matter what we did. Callie came to see what she could do but all she could do was move us……

“It was a last min booking for that afternoon. I got a good deal for a last minute. I was pleasantly surprised on the room with a beach and sea view. Our room was very nice. I will be looking for this hotel the next time we go to Lincoln City.”

“I left a water bottle in the room and didn't realize it until we were an hour down the road. The hotel either kept it or threw it away. I am back home, cleaned out the car, not here. I know I left it at the hotel, it was left on the table near the large windows, and I'm disappointed they didn't let me know they had it. I was going to send money to have it shipped home to me, but the hotel staff did not want to help me. I had to text 3 times to finally get a response that they threw it……

“We stayed here for two nights. The front desk staff was friendly. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The room was big, but the microwave in the room did not work. The breakfast was good.”

“This was our first stay at a BnB and I was a little nervous about it but the host of the place made our experience outstanding. The place has all the amenities one can find in a hotel, a gorgeous ocean view, an amazing homemade breakfast ( German pancakes with various homemade sauces and jams were out of this world), but most importantly you feel at home. Would gladly come back!”

“When you write a review to a hotel on a beach, it’s hard not to praise it. The view and experience are spectacular! Well… saying that, hotel itself is not trying very hard to win its customers - location and absence of competition on a beach would do it. Main office closes at 10:00pm, and it does not offer coffee in a morning. Refrigerator was switched off when we came (we had medicine with us requiring refrigeration ). No instructions on how to use gas fireplace (or info why it switched off).……
