“I made a reservation, and when I got there, the front desk told me there were no rooms available. Also, while I was waiting in line, a customer asked to be moved to another room because of mold in the one he was given. Unless you like this type of service, you can stay at this hotel.”

“I should’ve known the room was going to be uncomfortable and dingy when I seen the big “no refund” sign on the computer. I asked the lady at desk why is the sign there? I said are the rooms bad? She said no. Sure enough went in rooms were very old. And outdated, fine we were only staying one night. Went in restroom, tub was full of hairs. At that point unacceptable, told the lady at desk my room was changed. The new room still outdated wires hanging out the restroom wall. Breakfast the lady……

“Me and my guests had to switch rooms 3 times due to a moldy smell in the first room with visible signs of mold on the wall next to the AC along with a broken window. The next room was better but still a moldy smell. We then found multiple stains in the bedding and hairs underneath the comforter.We asked for the sheets to be changed but then got moved to another room. Last room was manageable. Also had to take the stairs every time because one elevator was broken with a sign stating it was broken……

“For the price it was not bad but the sheets were dirty and we found a couple of bugs. For breakfast we assumed there was going to be some sort of fruit or even the eggs and sausage but guess since Covid this is no longer a thing.”

“I absolutely loved this hotel. Room was clean and AC worked great. Beds were super comfy, staff was amazing and pool was refreshing and not over chlorinated. Check in was at 12 and so was checkout. Breakfast was good and they even leave a few things out such as cereal,milk, fruit, and an awesome yogurt dispenser which my kids loved. Shower also had great water pressure. “The room clean. But carpet was so dirty and musty rooms.The breakfast not much to choose from.. The air cool. Good. A big gap on bottom of door. And key insert loose. The staff put us in another room. Very,very understanding and helpful.. price was great!!!!”
