“This cozy cottage (upper flat) had everything we needed. I am a lover of old homes, so the old doors and wavy floors are too endearing. The window unit air conditioners are adequately placed in the bedrooms allowing for a comfortable sleep. And, the shower was nice and strong. Mike is easy to communicate with and makes you feel welcome. We will be back in a few weeks.. and will probably continue to choose this rental while we slowly transition from WNY to Mississippi.Elizabeth S.”

“Had a wonderful time at the Vista. House was very clean and welcoming. The views from the back deck and all of the windows can't be beat. We really enjoyed the hot tub looking over the lake. The location is great. About 35 minutes to the falls. The surrounding town is very nice and has a few good restaurants. Stop at the Dollar General if you need some groceries or anything else. It is quick drive to several wineries and breweries. Would recommend and plan on coming back in the future.”

“This was literally the worst place I have ever stayed (I have extensively travelled and camped and I honestly would have felt better sleeping in a tent). I understand that the price for all accommodations in Buffalo increase during home games, but the price was inordinate compared the quality of the accommodation $175USD+). But, to be honest you could not pay me to stay at this place again. It is NOT a motel 6 it was bought by another company. The place smelled bad, there was garbage piled up……

“This is a lovely Victorian house that has been remodeled with lots of love and care. What makes it really special are the gardens and fireplace area which are listed on the annual Tonawanda Garden Tour. Definitely worth the visit just for that. The hosts are extremely kind and hospitable and easy to communicate with. My only challenge is I did not realize my reservation was actually booked through Expedia, not Vrbo, which made communications and updates really difficult and confusing, until I……
