"We stayed at the Sunshine Shack with a few members of our extended family. The property was in good condition and was very clean. It was nice to be able to prepare some of our meals there in order to save some money. And the location was fantastic! We drove an hour each day in a different direction and were able to see many of the "important" places in the UP."

"If you want somewhere that is is in the middle of nowhere, this place is that place for you. There is no AC, but we had plenty of fans, although the handles to the windows didn't work so you had gaps where bugs could come in throughout the day/night. The one handle didn't work, so my husband had to remove all the screens to push out the windows. overall clean, but not enough items for the amount of people it states that it accommodates. Host did not respond right away and didn't leave another...
