“I liked the location and the historic vibe. I marked down the room because there were tiles missing from the floor in the kitchen area, the bed was very hard, and only a thin blanket so I was cold and didn’t sleep well. My son thought his bed was fine. ”

“The room are pretty old and dirty, I think they need to remodel the room specific the bathroom, not enough hot water after 15 minutes taking bath. I paid extra for the bathtub, and it was extremely dirty and old. It’s not worth to pay it for. Car park extra charge , not even can offer water inside the room being 3 stars hotel. The staff service is ok, no experience but polite . I’m not Recommend this hotel. Absolutely No for what I paid for”

“Beautiful property very well located in the historic center of Oaxaca City. With a pleasant center garden, clean and joyful. The staff is very polite and helpful always with a smile. I had the suite in the top with direct access to the roof and jacuzzi ”

“This place was amazing!!! I was in love with my room that had beautiful chimney in the center of the room, a private garden patio and amazing bathroom upstairs. The staff was very helpful, the place super aesthetic and unique decor, rooftop view, free mega delicious breakfast where it can be brought to tour room or any place in the property. A few minutes from the central park, and as a solo women travel felt safe even at night time, highly recommend👌”
