“Lovely property. Clean and well equipped. Hosts very responsive”

“If you are looking for a hipster dormitory hotel stay this is it. Interior is not designed with practicality and comfort in mind, more design / Instagramable. Staff have room for improvements.”

“The coffee cups were not replaced with cleaned ones / washed every day. Used cups were just left in the room. I also saw hair in towel and toothpaste in the sink. Teabags were not refilled.”

“Excellent services , good location”

Paradox Sydney”

While they command a near 5-star price tag similar to other hotels in Sydney, the actual room quality and comfort feel closer to a 3-star property. The room infrastructure is severely outdated. Our room faced Pitt Street, and the noise isolation was practically non-existent. We could hear everything from the street traffic to the bar……

“The room was spacious and comfortable, plus being very clean. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.”
