“En nuestra llegada no nos trataron con amabilidad. Cuando llegamos al cuarto el lavamanos estaba lleno de pelos, el zafacón encima del inodoro y la cortina de la bañera enrollada, al parecer iban a limpiar el baño y nunca lo hicieron o no lo terminaron. La funda de la almohada estaba manchada.
