“The environment is very good, the transportation and parking are convenient, the hotel is clean and sanitary, and the service is good.”

“The room itself was clean, modernized, and usable. It served our purpose for overnighting close to MBS airport. The rest of the facility was dated and reminded me of a golf club that has gone bankrupt. There was no complimentary breakfast. A single backless stool provided the only place to sit, except the bed.”

“This property has the potential to be great because so much of it is remodeled. It appears as if they stopped the renovations 80% of the way into it. The exterior rear entrance has some broken concrete and the rear entrance door is half broken with “crime scene” tape across it. You can tell a lot of effort has been put into this project…if only they would complete it. Oh and our bathtub looked stained from past dirt…maybe construction mess? Minimal corrections would make a tremendous difference,……

“This was one of the best properties we have stayed at. Facilities were clean, staff was great they went above and beyond. The night shift lady blonde women was so great and helpful. She really made our stay fantastic. ”

“This property needs an overdue renovation. I never stay at this property again. There was no Kleenex. There’s people hanging out under a tree on the property. I don’t think they were guests of hotel. The food area was not clean, the sink looked like it had not cleaned in years. The only reason I stayed was because I had paid online and I didn’t get to the hotel until around or after 6pm.”

“The breakfast was just ok. The waffles were the best part, but the juice machine was not working and they ran out of regular coffee. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the room was quiet even that close to the highway. We only stayed overnight.”

“May be the reason for the early morning, no one in the hall, almost to sleep, the key and the name on the door do not match, looking for a long time, the room is very hot, the air is not cold enough, the bed is also covered with plush cushions! Health is generally not very satisfactory.”

“Staff is very helpful and nice. Hotel is not as clean as I'd like, a little dated and evening street traffic can be noisy, but I love how close it is to Vets park and downtown. Will stay again.”

“The room and location were fine, the breakfast not so much. There were a few bagels, bread, and a couple of bananas. There was also the usual cereal choices. We had the handicapped accessable room which was excellent.”

“Room was dirty. Bed sheets were staind and the blankets and burn holes in them. The place smelled terrible if I could of got a refund I would of.”
