“Great few days on the lake!”

“Had a lot of amenities and was good in that regard for the price but it was a bit dirty/musty and needed to be aired out.”

“Great property and great location!!”

“Bet nice house. Lots of room to spread out plus a nice bonus room upstairs. ”

“Beautiful home, perfect for a kids. Location was short, easy drive downtown to Bemus Point restaurants and stores.”

“Emily’s place was in a perfect location and very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped and we loved the porch. The grill was nice to use as well. A few things to keep in mind- there is no AC. “Beautiful home, and lake view was spectacular. ”

“Excellent facility and town (Bemus) with a touch of Norman Rockwell. Debra was the perfect host. It's my second time staying at 13 Merz. So close to the lake and shops. Looking forward to my next visit.”

“We stayed here for 4 days in July. The place was really nice. My wife and I enjoy fishing Chautauqua and this being centrally located on the lake makes accessing the whole lake easy. Boat launch is only a mile away. Good restaurants nearby and you can get to any shopping around the lake within 15 minutes. The place had most anything you would need on hand. Only suggestion we have for the owner is putting some sort of blind in the bathroom window. Thanks for having us!”
