“Quiet, clean and located close to attractions.”

“The host was very responsive. The parking in the back is extremely tight, especially for big vehicles. The kitchen is super neat and you have everything you need in there. My only concern was the sleeper sofa. If you have any back problems, like me, this won't work for you. We gave the bedroom to our grandma so my back felt it a little. It's just not comfortable. Some items seemed used by previous guests and not replaced. The bathroom is outdated, no lock either. Overall, location is great, it's……

“I’m still shocked that this location is not ranked higher! The pictures do not do it justice! We made last minute spring break plans to go to universal and stumbled upon this listing- it has everything you need and my teen was so happy ( which is really hard to achieve sometimes lol). Theirs golf, corn hole, hot tub, pool, and more! The arcade was a hit! The beds were comfortable and the location was great! Easy drive to universal and all of Hollywood sites. We will definitely be staying here……

“We had a couple issues during our stay, however they were handled in a timely manner. The location was probably the best part about it. We were able to walk to the majority of our destinations during the week. Communication with the host was excellent. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend staying in an upstairs unit due to the noise from other renters. For the price, location and staff, I would recommend staying.”

It truly elevated our stay in Pasadena. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was perfect. As others have noted, you must be comfortable with stairs. Jeffrey answered all of our questions and helped us find a dry cleaners for my husband’s tuxedo. ”
