"We came here for the peace and quiet of country living and we were not disappointed. It was nice to hear the birds singing in the mornings, sit outside and relax on the deck, and go for a nice walk. The house is very nice and fit our needs. The host and hostess are very nice people. "We had a wonderful time. The cottage was a perfect secluded spot. It was great to see all of the animals and loved our first impression as we drove in the front gate and the beautiful bluebonnets streached out in front of us. It was warem and welcoming! Thank you for having a clean and well equipped cabin. We were gretted Tabby on Friday evening an Saturday morning had to chase off a coyote after him and a orange cat. Glad they are ok."

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The cabin was brand new and had everything one could possibly need. It is private , quiet and in a natural setting. I am so happy that I stumbled across it looking for a staging spot for viewing the 8 April solar eclipse. The food and wine at the winery was fantastic, we highly recommend a stay. Tad& Wendy "

"This is such a cute little place to escape the city. The home is nestled out in the country, amongst cows and trees. We stayed here for a weekend while visiting the Round Top winter antique show. The residence is well stocked with most everything you might need. The host is quick to respond to communication. I had a minor issue during my stay (my fault, not theirs), and he was quick to the rescue. My dog enjoyed running around the property, and we were able to go on a lovely walk. I would...

"Can't say enough good about this property & our stay there! In a word: perfection! The Geesaman's are wonderful hosts, & Ms Kathryn was friendly & attentive to our needs. It is more peaceful out on this property than you can imagine, & the cottage is adorably decorated! If you're looking to relax & get away from civilization for a spell...this is your place! We absolutely, thoroughly, enjoyed our stay!"

"The pictures do not do this property justice. Aside from the inside of the home being super clean with plenty of room for 3 middle aged women, the property and neighborhood are very beautiful. It is just a short drive from the city and you feel like you are in a completely different world. Very quite and relaxing. Owner was very responsive when we could not figure out the thermostat. Be sure to have breakfast at the little country store down the street. You won't regret it!!"
