The neighborhood is quiet. Cartwright Market is very close for provisions and excellent sandwiches. The home is very clean and well maintained. Many great touches and thought was taken to all the details and information about the cottage as well as things to do in town. "The two bedroom apartment was perfect for my friend and I. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean and smelled fresh. Loved the beds and couch. The hot tub was cold upon arrival and was just warm enough in the morning.. but the property manager was sympathetic and gave us a full refund for the night! Will try to stay here again sometime but will send a reminder to please heat up the tub on the morning before check in. Overall pretty great and across from Del Rio Vineyard.. lovely."

"My wife and I were in town with our car for the Medford Roadster Show and wanted a nice, quiet place to relax each day after the show. We found a real gem with this cottage. It is clean and cozy and in a nice safe farmland type neighborhood. Prefect for couples who want to get away. It's minutes from all of the shopping in Medford but far enough away to enjoy the two beautiful wineries five minutes away. The town of Jacksonville is minutes away and is one of the cutest old towns I've been to....

It had a full kitchen, although we didn't use it for more than coffee and breakfast. The property manager was quickly responsive when we had a problem with the heat.
