"Very well placed (Only 1 minute from the beach). Quiet compared to other apartments in the area because the Windows are toward the back and not the Kapahulu Avenue. Perfect to Park the Rental car on Monsarrat Avenue (Probably one of the only free parking in Waikiki). Employee at the entrance were very nice and useful. Nice to have a restaurant on the GroundFloor and à restaurant/bar on the 2nd Floor. Very clean, the bed is huge and the 10th floor Lanai is just amazing For the view."

"The pool area has some grills if you want to do a lil bbq. Hot tubs are nice after a long busy day. The hotel has car rentals in the lobby, rather affordable if you only need a smart car. The room itself has a great view. The AC struggled a little with midday heat, but that was really my only gripe. Its only 15 minute walk from the ocean. Overall, we loved it."

"Great stay, the whole family had a wonderful time! The owner was very communicative and provided great details for check-in, what was expected and check out. Local to everything, we walked to the beach and to restaurants. Took an Uber for everywhere else we went. The locals in the neighborhood were great. Made some friends. "This was the first time my husband and i had been to Hawaii, Peter the host text us before, during and after our stay. He replied immediately. I loved that we didn't have to buy or rent beach tubes and chairs. This place was convenient to shopping, restaurants and walking distance to the beach. "This was a great find for us, compact, older but tidy, in room coffee, microwave, dishes and stove, fridge were very convenient. The location is close to the beach, stores, Starbucks, abc stores, restaurants, and overlooking the Honolulu zoo, and walking distance to the aquarium as well. The 10th storey deck had amazing views with tables and chairs to enjoy."
