“Our stay over Halloween was nice and the location was convenient. This is an older apartment and although we had several issues they were quickly remedied making our stay comfortable. I personally feel it is more suitable for 4 people because the provided blowup bed takes up the entire living room. Couldn’t have asked for a more responsive and helpful host. Thank you for allowing us and our fur babies the use of your rental. ”

“Honestly, don’t book this stay unless you’re looking for a five nights at Freddy’s level experience. Neighbors above us had quite the drug or anger issues. Woken up at 3:00am and carrying on to the early hours of the day, we heard screaming, fighting, banging, glass shattering just above us. Uttering threats, men running in and out of the house, everything. All also just outside of our shared old wooden door that could absolutely be broken with one full body check. We didn’t feel safe. “Interesting space with great kitchen setup, roomy, private, and reasonably convenient, and host was responsive immediately when there were problems at check-in (broken lock box and open front door upon arrival). However: the floor was very much not clean (as in, our socks were dirty after ten minutes inside without shoes), the thermostat did not work, and there is a pet door to an outside hallway that cannot be shut/locked. (There's also a lot of noise from the facility upstairs during the day,……

“Cheerful decor, well-equipped kitchen, and clean. Good location in walking distance to restaurants. However, there was a musty smell throughout the building and rooms. ”

“The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. ”
