"My family came down to Lake Lanier with our bass boat for a week of fishing. We had a fun time catching spotted bass all week. We plugged extension cords (150’ reaches, but 200’ would give you some slack) into the gazebo to charge the trolling motor batteries every night. The driveway is narrow and steep, but we got our trailer down there to park it by the house for the week. Other than fishing, there was so much neat stuff around. The Georgia Aquarium was worth battling the traffic to Atlanta....

"We’ve made several trips to this area but this was our first stay close to downtown. It was so nice to be able to walk to restaurants and shops. And the bonus was, we happened to be there for the Bear on the Square festival! It was sooo nice to not have to struggle for parking!! The house was well equipped with everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean."

"This cabin felt very remote and private but was only a 10 minute drive to downtown Blue Ridge. We wanted a quiet getaway for New Years for our family of 5 and this was perfect. We have three boys and they LOVED being able to walk out in the backyard to fish a stream with trout in it. There's also beautiful open property right across the stream where we got to watch deer run and play. "We stay in Big Canoe a lot and this is by far the best location. It is an easy drive from the gate and conveniently located to the club house, golf course, rec center and rock slide. Also, the property is very clean and very nice. I love it that they welcome your dog. The kitchen is well appointed with extra touches that are greatly appreciated. We have stayed at Harley's Hideaway before and we will stay there again."

"This cottage was in a great location, loaded with all the amenities you could want or need and very cozy. Our host, Joette, was exceptional. So friendly, accommodating and thoughtful. A few suggestions that we enjoyed: the butterfly farm, Accent Winery, Shenanigans, Spirits Tavern, Alpine Olive Tree Shop, Red Oak Lavender Farm. A must do, especially if you plan to indulge in the wine & spirits, get a ride with Mama's Taxi. Mama is a hoot and will get you there and back safe!"
