"I arrived late, after midnight, but the front desk attendant was right there ready to help me get checked in. Even though I had to park in the back and walk around to the front, the parking lot felt safe. The room and bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the noise was minimal. "When I booked the stay, I asked for a handicapped accessible room, so I could step into the shower. When I checked into the room, there was a smell of urine, so I asked to be moved to a regular room on the second floor. The front desk was very helpful in accommodating my request. During the stay, there was very limited staff at the front desk and a long waiting period to get help."
