"Great location, quick into Pigeon Forge, or GSMNP. Super new & clean. One warning, this recent construction has very few rustic, “cabin” elements (despite the requisite black bear decor items), but it’s all super new & comfortable. Great hot tub, easily accessible on a covered porch. The road wraps around the location, but it’s very low traffic, so wasn’t a detriment to our enjoyment. It is right beside the road so if you have a boat, it’s hard to get in and out but they were very accommodating with letting us use other spots around the area to park it. "With 2 kids and a dog sometimes hotels don't cut it. This location was minutes from all the attractions and with 2 active kids I did not have to worry about telling them to calm down or be quiet.
