"Easy to get to, couple spots to walk to for dinner but I had the ability to use the shuttle bus that night to get a pizza from a recommendation from the front desk. Both girls working front desk were extremely friendly! "
"clean and cute property for a festival weekend. more than enough space, good amenities, comfortable. we loved the mud room or whatever it’s called. i will say it kinda smelled funny, like smoke or something. i would recommend air fresheners or candles for guests with sensitive senses of smell like me."

"Well appointed & maintained, clean, functional. Perfect for visitors that need a place close to downtown. All the necessary appliances were in perfect condition. Host provided a great book outlining rules, local attractions, restaurants, stores, etc. And most importantly the Host was responsive to all questions prior to arrival and any requests when we were there. "This property was excellent! Great location, clean and tidy, great amenities! Walking distance to restaurants. Short drive to many attractions and historical sites. Great rooftop patio with views of downtown. Very quiet area. We loved our 3 day stay and would stay again!"
"While we stayed in Des Moines we attended a sporting event eight at a ton of great spots within walking distance went to the downtown farmers market and also a concert at water Works. This location is a prime spot for doing nearly everything you wanna do in Des Moines."
"The place was fine and directions to get in were good, but it uses physical keys. At the end of my stay I locked up and put the keys where I was told. I then got messages from the property manager saying the cleaners could not get to the keys. Film yourself locking them up, I was not happy with how they tried to pretend I lost them. "
