“This hotel was way more luxury than I've ever stayed at before. The hotel makes a great impression when you walk in, especially with the front desk staff being so friendly. The lobby is a vibe that Iam fully here for. This extended to the hallways and our room. We walked into a fireplace and couch set up that begged you to sit and relax with an eating corner and honest bar behind you and the bed off to the side. The bathroom is HUGE. A walk in shower and a separate bathtub with a chandelier……

“Spacious suite with door between bedroom and living areas. On check-in, Parker explained our parking options (rapidly, with an obvious intent to suggest we pay for the $20/daily unlimited in-and-out hotel parking; with a statement that he didn't know the cost of parking on the street (it's $1.25/hour from 9 am to 9 pm; free overnight) and that the ramp across the way was $10/day with no in and out. That made it sound as if we would pay $10 each time we pulled out of that ramp, which is not……

“A front receptionist was repeatedly rude to the customers she managed over the phone. She was argumentative and denigrated her customers on the phone….including me. She argued with how I made my reservation - a phone call to Hilton reservations- she stated was made through a third party. That sort of rudeness required a re-think of her people-facing role. She became frustrated, her voices was raised, argumentative and simply rude. Never should she have access to customers. ”

“Beautiful place. One of the most spacious places we've ever been My kids were so happy about how spacious the suite was. Staff members were very friendly ”

“看起来酒店有很多年的历史，被子有点旧，这几天很冷没有暖气，前台工作人员告诉我们没有暖气，但是她们提供了毛毯，酒店大堂的水流声真的很吵闹，好在隔音还不错，早餐只供应到9点，唯一的热食只有芙蓉蛋，我起床时间比较晚，8点55分到达餐厅的时候，只来的及点了一份芙蓉蛋和一杯果汁，然后她们开始收拾关闭早餐，也没有咨询我是否还需要更多的食物，因为她们准备关闭早餐供应。整体来说，性价比一般，不值得你花费180美金住宿一晚。”

“The most unique thing about this hotel is that it smells so bad that ive never feel so. The smell made me so uncomfortable and caused trouble when trying to sleep. Dont reserve this hotel if you see this comment! ”

“Everything was fine, except we were unable to get on the internet. We asked for assistance, but nobody helped. We asked them to reboot it.”

“The room was clean and the staff friendly. It is an old motel but was perfect for a quick stay while on the road as it is inexpensive. ”

“Room was clean. All dispensers were full. Had kleenex. King bed was clean and comfortable. TV was decent size. Very nice change from inns we stayed at down south!”
