I enjoyed my stay at Riviera Maya suites. Location for me was perfect. We were able to walk every where without getting so tired or lost. The room was simple yet it fulfilled all our needs. We came back to a clean room every day. The pool area was always clean and free from rowdy crowds. It was very enjoyable. And the easiness of ordering your transportation from airport and back right through the hotel reservation made my stay run smoothly with no worries. There is a taxi service around the corner if you need it. Overall I would 100% come back again to visit this property!

What a lovely stay! My boyfriend and I did the apartment, and it was extremely convenient to do laundry every day! They provided detergent and other necessities. The staff were very kind, helpful, and welcoming. My only gripe was that we upgraded from the bungalow, which while beautiful, had bugs but that was expected from the style of housing. Great place! Would stay again!
