“Nice design of space and walk ability to downtown. The property is VERY noisy, expect to hear all the traffic, sirens, dogs barking, music, etc. the rooms are not at all insulated for sound. Most of the staff was very friendly. The people at the front desk were professional but not very friendly overall. At checkout they asked if we had taken anything from the minibar, we said no (as we had gone to La comer to purchase our own items). They then had to radio to check it, said we had drunk……

“All the staff were great! Only staff issue was with pool bartender, Leonardo, who needs some customer service training. Rooms were clean, restaurant was fabulous, very peaceful by the pool. Flowers and plants are gorgeous (great gardeners). There was an issue with the bill checking out (charged twice), which they rectified. Unfortunately, they have put a second charge through without any explanation or communication. This is very disappointing.”
