"We - a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys and our 2 dogs -were staying in April for a couple of days. Communication with Linda was easy and efficient, we were very well instructed. The house is well located in a calm area of Chatham within a 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. Restaurants and shops were nearby. The house was cosy, clean and everything you wish for having great vacations was available. There were 3 bedrooms, one of those sleeps 3 kids. Two bathrooms, kitchen, livingroom,...

"You can’t go wrong at this house. My family was here for a long weekend and we didn’t want to leave. The house is big, close to the beach, and has everything you need. It’s also a short drive to Chatham’s downtown."

"We stayed for 8 nights and the last five were unexpectedly hot and very humid. The house was not air conditioned but there were plenty of fans to circulate the air. It is an older Cape home and could use an overall « refresh » of slipcovers, some window screens need replacing for tears and other things in general, but it is very spacious and location to the beach can’t be beat! Would stay again."
