"We enjoyed the Bungalow and all it had to offer! The pool, hot tub, sport court were a hit with all of us. We had privacy and enjoyed the outdoor areas. We have 12, 10 and 5 year old boys so they slept on the futon and an air mattress in the living room. Though a small space, it was perfect and comfortable for us. We would definitely stay here again, our host was responsive, helpful and kind! No complaints here!"

"We were in town from Iowa with our 5 kids for my father-in-law’s funeral in Pico. Our kids loved the pool and picking fresh oranges from the trees near the condo. Ron was such a gem with any and all of our questions and spoiled our kids with drinks and treats. The cottage was fully furnished with everything needed for our stay. I walked down to the beach or explored the beautiful neighborhood every day. We would definitely stay here again."

"The property accomodated us very well. One king bed and 1 twin bed for the 3 of us. It was nice to have the refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. The only reason i did not give it 5 stars, is because the street out in front of it was closed and there were a lot of homeless people and trash. "
