Best resort in the area. Going back for a 4th time in May 2027!

I really wanted to love this place, and while we made the most of our honeymoon, it unfortunately was not as advertised and did not feel like a 5-star experience. The positives: everything was very clean, and at only 30% capacity, we practically had the Fuentes pool to ourselves. The à la carte food was good, and several staff members were exceptional—shoutout to Felix, Victor, Luis, and Sami! The excursion to Maroma Beach Club was truly the highlight of our trip and is highly recommended. Unfortunately, the service and follow-through were major disappointments. We requested an upgrade for our honeymoon, but our shower water was very cold for two days—the pools were actually warmer. We also agreed to a sales presentation in exchange for a couples massage, expecting about an hour. Instead, it lasted nearly three hours. When we tried to leave, we were sent to restaurants that were closed, leaving us without food until the afternoon. We reported this to multiple managers and were repeatedly told someone would follow up, but no one did. Even simple requests, like towels, were not followed through on. With the resort only at 30% capacity, the lack of communication and accountability was especially frustrating. Another thing that baffled us was being told that Spanish music could not be played because the general manager did not allow it. Being in Mexico, we found that incredibly strange. the poor service and lack of follow-through overshadowed the positives. I would not recommend

The property was clean the food was horrible also the drinks were no good. The property has alot of old retired people there is nothing to do as entertainment on the property Hot water was good air conditioning was good there is nowhere to store your clothes being a five star hotel and the so call private Jacuzzi if you on the first floor is not private. The only good thing is you can go and use all the facilities on the other properties which are a free trolly drive away. I would not stay at this hotel again too boring for me.
