“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“We really enjoyed our six-night stay at Catalonia Resort. We went with the "Privileged" option which gave us access to certain amenities and extra discounts on-site.
Staff was extremely friendly and very attentive to all our needs and requests.
The property was very clean, and well maintained. It was great to see all the animals and the great pool area.
The massive downfall is the food and drinks. The food options were very limited and while there are many resturants on site, after trying……
