"The room was immaculate both morning and night. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They were very appreciative of tips both big and small but never once asked or gave off the impression they expected it. Food quality was high in my humble opinion. At times could have use a little more spice but that just personal preference. Ample selection of food both native to Mexico and international flavours. We stayed in kantenah in a family select room. The family select amenities were fantastic and quality can only be fully understood with experiencing them. Would and will recommend to friends and family. Lastly, beaches and pools all in excellent condition with ample help from staff if required. Kids (5) and (7) had an amazing time as well. Absolutely excellent!!!"

Our Butler Julio took especially great care of our needs, from making dinner reservations, to suggesting different activities, to making sure we were always comfortable. "We stayed in the privileged suites. Rooms were very clean, buffet food was great, staff were all very friendly. Was a safe and inviting community. We will be back! Would recommend water shoes. There were lots of upsidedown jellyfish and other creatures if you were to go in the ocean. "

"The number one thing that stood out to my Wife and I was the customer service. The staff was actually happy to have us and you could feel it. The food and drinks were good too. The scenery/ aesthetics was absolutely beautiful which prompted us to do a great photo shoot with Enersto and was so good!! The photos turned out amazing!! Thank you to Isabella (Front desk), Juan (Bailsman), Erick (Spanish class), Benito (drink waiter on the beach). And of the housekeepers and plenty of other nice staff that we didn't quite catch your name but we felt your positive energy. The beach was beautiful and not much seaweed at all and they cleaned it daily! This was a Valentine trip for my Wife and I and you all exceeded our expectations. Gracias!! "
