“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. “Al momento de hacer el check in, no nos dijeron que los elevadores no estaban en servicio. Estar bajando y subiendo todo el día fue bien agotador. Los restaurantes todos cerrados. Teníamos que ir todos los días al Italiano y eso no es lo que ustedes promocionan al momento de reservar este resort. Dicen que tienen 4 restaurantes pero en realidad son solamente 2. “The hotel staff were excellent! The housekeeping team was absolutely on top of everything. You could leave your room for half a second and come back to find your clothes folded and neatly put away.
