“The Entire Staff is very professional. The food is very good. And the restaurant selection is excellent.
The only disappointment was the room was sold as Ocean front when in fact there are trees and Other structures between the room and the ocean. The beach is very clean but the water is not crystal clear as expected.”

“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……
