"This is a great location. This is our second stay, and I recommended it to my friends and family. We came with family and got multiple rooms this time. Very clean and spacious. Breakfast is awesome. The only thing is the front desk staff /mgr is a bit aloof. He doesn't like to answer tourist questions, it seems. "

"Had a very nice stay. The room was very clean, quiet, the bed was very comfortable and shower was wonderful. Loved having coffee in the room along with the refrigerator and microwave! Our room had a a grand view of the Canadian skyline but it was difficult to see through the opaque water stained windows. So disappointed! Sadly the restaurant was closed and the bar had limited openings. We had a fantastic time during our stay however, for the 2024 Eclipse. The hotel was convenient for walking...

"Stayed at The Red Coach Inn for first trip family of four (2 adults & 2 kids) to Niagara Falls. This property is ideally situated the closest to the Niagara River and Falls that you can get. Room was really nice & clean. Parking lot and the made to order breakfast at the restaurant were pluses. No negatives at all. When we return to Niagara Falls we will stay at the Red Coach Inn again. Highly recommend!!!"

"Friendly and responsive staff and building is iconic in the area -- a wonderful observation deck is available to guests that gives a 360 degree view that includes the falls. "

"Doors were very secure. Good interior and exterior lighting. Very nice interior decor. Well-stocked bathroom and kitchen. A bit challenging steps for the handicapped but managable. Our bathroom floor was quite tacky feeling. Great help from the reserve desk!"

"The hotel isn't being maintained. There was garbage all over the grounds and in bags along the motel. The toilet was clogged and when they came to snake it, they left dirty brown water on the floor. The sheets were dirty and not only was there no breakfast, the food area was dirty with crumbs and chicken wing bones from previous people. "

"Initial impression was a wow factor, what we did not like was general lack of pans. We had to buy our own frying pan which we kindly left. Could also use a pizza screen, baking sheet. Complementary coffee would be nice. We would recommend and stay again."
