“Our room in the Tequila section was beautiful. We were right across from the Spa and Le Gourmet restaurants and around the corner from the pool. The trolley stop was also behind our room. The Coba lobby and buffet were very close also. We couldn't have requested a more perfect spot! The various spots that have musicians or music at night are loud, but, in the room we just heard the bump. Not bad and didn't prevent us from sleep. The property is so big and fun. We had access to the beach……

The staff was the best, they were accommodating to our needs and help facilitate rentals and tours. We felt like family there with the personal approach and attention. We visited the sister hotel and they were great as well. The continental breakfast was perfect and rooms were cleaned everyday. We will be definitely coming back.”
