Plus my return visit in two months from now is me booking cottage space and being confirmed for it with the photos and in print and upon checking in being given the cabin (older units) that I did not reserve.there is a misrepresentation, glitch, or miscommunications between Expedia and thousand trails. "Very close to Universal Studios. Offers free shuttle service to Universal that was fast and easy. Parking 42.00, Breakfast buffet 29.95 with a lot of options. King with sofa bed- sofa bed is rock hard and couldn't use. King bed was soft and comfy. Shower had amazing pressure and optional body wand. Pool and hot tub was great to use after walking all day at universal. Liked the hotel so much we stayed an extra night."
