Beautiful resort with incredible staff

We had a fantastic trip and were so happy we chose Seascape Sabor to stay at. The facilities were very clean, the staff were friendly and attentive and the area was gorgeous. Thanks go to Jorge, Karina, Yuirtza and Ismael (#1) among many other staff in making our stay special. The staff all worked so hard to make our stay comfortable. We really enjoyed the buffett dinners with local cuisine and the snorkeling off the beach was excellent. We would definitely stay here again

The beach is not the best (good for snorkeling though.) We did the Jeep excursion and they did take us to a wonderful blue water and white sand beach like 40 minutes away from the hotel.The hotel is just OK. Staff is friendly . Food is decent, but be very carefully of what you eat. Our faces are still swollen from food poisoning . Bars close too early .

Beautiful room right on the ocean

Cons: Rooms that have adjoining doors have no sound barrier from the other room. We could hear everything the couple in the adjoining room said.
Location: Scuba, snorkeling, kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, swimming, biking
We loved our stay at Sunscape! Wonderful staff. Food was good. Gorgeous room with ocean right below us!

Overall good just don't ask for a specific room

Location: Rent a car AT THE RESORT (Do not use FOX car rentals) and drive around the island. See the lighthouse
Bed was hollowed out in the middle, switched to the other bed and it was ok. Water (shower and sink) was cut off daily around 5:00 am so no shower. Staff was great. We requested (5 months ago) specific rooms but when we got there the room were not available. This is my third time here and it seems to be going down. We will not go back. Greg

Great place - would go back again

Pros: What didn't we like, the was a great hotel with great staff. The beach, snorkeling, facilities were great.
Cons: The couches in the suites need to be replaced. They are functional but the pull out bed portion needs to be upgraded.
Location: The location was wonderful, next to a pier where you can be picked up for any of your excursions. We rode ATV's, went Snorkeling and Deep Sea Fishing.
We took my daughter with us. They gave us a wonderful upgrade to a suite that ended up having a view of the pool and wonderful view of the ocean, we were celebrating Birthdays and Graduation. The room was clean and huge. The grounds were beautiful and the beach was very well taken care of. Every staff member was pleasant as well as everyone we met traveling there. Everyone seemed to enjoy the place. If we needed something we called the front desk and it was taken care of. The food was good, plenty to choose from. The drinks were FANTASTIC. There was always something to do. We were impressed by how many people got involved in activities like snorkeling, kayaks, paddle boards, sand volleyball. They had shows every night that were very entertaining. The entertainment team did a fantastic job! The resort never felt crowded and we always found beach chairs in the shade by the 2nd beach bar by the 2nd pool. The drinks at this bar were much better and it was less crowded. Bring a bunch of $1 bills with you. Please tip the bar tenders and waiters as they do a wonderful job and they depend on tips. We even tipped a couple of the cooks, especially the one that cooked the mahi we caught while deep sea fishing. That was the best Mahi we've had. We will definitely be coming back. We wish we could have stayed.

Not worth the stay

This hotel left me in a bad mood. The staff is just so so, they push a timeshare presentation on you as soon as you check-in. It just felt very corporate and not relaxing. The food wasn't bad for a all inclusive and the drinks weren't bad but you had to go to the only bar they had open with one bartender. I love the rawness of Mexico and I don't feel any of that here.

Roach motel, but on the beach

Mexico is hott, the air conditioning hardly worked. Didn't get below 75. The staff couldn't understand much of anything. Every day I had to call four times to get bottled water. The front desk couldn't do it. Only the calling. They would bring two bottles. For three people, every twenty-four hours. The resort had broken pipes that were to the sewer lines, flooded the gardens and smelled terrible. They were taped up and looked as if it had been this way a while. Food was repetitive, only eat at certain times. On top of that, all the restaurants all expect to be tipped. Even tho it's an all inclusive resort. Once you don't tip, they didn't serve you the rest of your stay. It was terrible.

Beautiful Hotel facility on the beach

We had a blast. The restaurants and sky top bar wonderful servers SO friendly and helpful Only one suggestion , more water in rooms daily. We found we drank a lot of water and had to keep asking for it But everyone was so accommodating Would definitely cone back again
