“The Baraga Inn was a decent place to stay. The property inside definitely needs some work. There was a lot of peeling wallpaper and the stairwells looked as if there was possibly water damage, or just poor workmanship. Our room was large (king size bed) but the pillows were the worst I've ever had in a hotel. Very small and lumpy. I would wish for more outdoor seating at the water. The best aspect was the restaurant attached to the hotel. This was very convenient, the food was good, and the wait……

“Exactly as advertised. It was a perfect spot for our adventure. The host was easy to deal with and the cabin was clean. We will be back. ”

“The instructions were not clear. We got in late. The instructions say at the top of the stairs but not where the stairs are. The host could not be reached at all. The stairs are extremely narrow and steep. The light in the stairway was out which made the stairs even more dangerous. Half the lights in there didn't even work. The paint is peeling off the walls and ceiling. The first day my son accidentally spilled his drink and after he cleaned it up, we got a wet paper towel to ensure the floor……

“We absolutely loved this cabin. We needed this getaway. And it was absolutely perfect. The view was incredible and we even had an eagle land in one of the trees about 30 ft away from us and we got to watch it fish. The cabin itself was just what we were looking for something small and cozy and the fireplace was amazing to have. We will definitely be coming back again. As We didn’t want to leave”
