“Very clean, nice staff, convenient location. ”

“The hairdryer was broken and told the night person,, no response. The ice machine was leaking”

“Breakfast was great, rooms were clean. The only negative the room phone did not work. Could not call for a wake-up call without redressing. The front desk did not answer.”

“Tv did not work, shower water didn’t get hot, and toilet flusher barely worked. I shared these concerns with the front desk upon check out. Hopefully it’s resolved for the next guests.”

“Our time at the Holiday Inn Express is always very pleasant, last night we stayed in Gainesville Texas visiting our daughter and tonight we will be attending the one in Decatur Texas. “The A/c was very loud, luckily it was cool enough we didn't need it. There was a lot of noise from the hwy. Good deal for the price. Room was nicely equipped, and very clean. The bed was way more comfortable than I expected. ”

“Older home. Very clean. Wonderful husband and wife staff. Very attentive. Breakfast was excellent. They have a hot tub and a pool, but we did not use it. We were very happy with our experience.”

“Small issue with cleaning but the host handled it immediately. We weren't made aware of problems with the water pressure but it wasn't a major issue for us just something that we should have been made aware of ahead of check in. Location is great if you plan on visiting the casino. Felicia was great and always responded promptly. We will definitely be staying here again if the water issue is fixed.”
