“Front desk is understaffed. Check in was slow. Our room was the smallest I have ever stayed in at this hotel. Disappointed we were given it when hotel did not appear at full capacity.”

“房間很舊，16年前來過，那時印象不錯，這次來房間老舊，霉味很重，床單顏色有點黑，感覺沒有清洗消毒的很乾淨，還有一點污漬，下次不會再來了！”

“staffs were nice and helpful. But the hotel itself was old, bedding was clean but too small couldn’t fit the king size bed. The room has very poor soundproofing, and noises from the hallway can be clearly heard. The facilities are outdated and do not justify the $400+ per night rate.”
