“Went to a wedding and didn't realize they had a wedding rate. I had already booked with you and the hotel said I should have booked directly. Wish Expedia would honor the rate!”

“This property is not operable as we all had to find other accommodations. Seems funny you people don't know what's going on in your business.”

“The hotel did not disclose that parking was extra at the time of booking. We have stayed there multiple times in the past. Also Manhattan is not a major city so to charge guests for parking is a money grab. Also breakfast is no longer included which was also not disclosed at the time of booking. The excuse given was new management. Very disappointing that they waited until I arrived to disclose this information as a result I will never be booking with them again”
