"Our room was decent. Looked clean, smelled like mold even though there were no visible signs. Im grateful i always bring my essential oil diffuser with me. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable and I liked all the clearly labeled pillow options. Im mold sensitive, so i probably wouldn't pick this particular hotel again due to that smell in my room, however i would definitely stay at this chain again. I was in room 413, and i don't know if it was a just this room or this floor problem... but id avoid that room if you are also mold sensitive. "

"Breakfast was rocky first day oatmeal bar toppings had a few that were old. Great egg options of an omelet or sandwich. Second day skipped oatmeal bar and went for scrambled eggs. They were inedible unfortunately. There were several options at least. "

"We had an excellent experience at this hotel. Good service, cleanliness, and friendliness. The only disappointment was that there was no breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. However, everything else was excellent. Thanks to all the staff. God bless you."

"I went with family for a concert at Van Andel arena, everything was great. The room was awesome and the breakfast was good both mornings. Convenient to lots of little shops and the arena was right there. Will stay again if in town"
