“All I can say is this was an OK property. To be fair, it really depends on what you are looking for. This would be a great hotel for some in town for an extended period of time (construction worker etc). Each unit had a nicely equipped kitchenette, but it was a more of an extended stay hotel, which I should have known by the name. Again, it was not bad by any means, but more on the average side to me.”

“What an amazing location! So central to downtown Saugatuck and only 20 minutes from downtown Holland. Josh, the host, was available anytime we needed him. Would definitely recommend!”

“There were passive aggressive p-touch label notes EVERYWHERE on the property! We get it, you've had terrible guests in the past, but oh my god? Get a grip? The carpet in our family suite unit was so filthy that we had to wear our socks or sandals indoors at all times. The loveseat also had a FOUL odor upon arrival, but it was 4th of July weekend and everywhere else in Traverse City was going to be sold out so there was no sense in complaining, because where the heck else are we going to go? The……

“We had a great stay at this property. It was very clean, with comfortable beds/linens; kitchen was well stocked with everything we need. Very convenient location to downtown. Highly recommend. ”

“Room had not been cleaned, dirty towels left on kitchen table, garbage in waste baskets . Toilet did not flush properly, ( they did have toilet plunger, thank goodness) smoke alarm was missing, exposed wires. Staff did come in to clean room, but did not warn about the toilet not flushing properly.”

“This is a very old hotel; however, the uniqueness, character and location make it worth overlooking the aging aging of the facility. We had the 2-room suite on 2nd floor and loved it and will stay here again when in the area again”
