“The room was clean, hotel overall was clean. Air condition kept room cool without being noisy. Did not go to breakfast so cant comment on food. Parking lot needs attention but we never felt unsafe.”

“Major safety hazard and customer service. We stayed here on a weeknight to attend a local concert. Because the elevators were taking forever, we decided to take the stairs. Once the heavy door shut behind us, we were locked in. We tried doors on 5 different levels and all were locked. Banging on the doors yielded nothing, and if there had been an actual fire, we would have been trapped with no escape for over 20 minutes. Luckily I had my phone. I called the front desk and was put on hold……
