“The place was ran down. The arcade was horrible, none of the games worked or would take your credits and nothing would happen. The water park was not worth 60$ a person. The room was not clean, old rappers and old food around the beds. Went out to dinner and came back to a guy in his underwear in the hallway with kids around. 10 out of 10 would not recommend this place. Was a horrible experience.”

“Hot tub too hot”

“Golf is wonderful. Staff at front desk of hotel was borderline rude/dismissive. Housekeeper was very friendly. Rooms are showing wear and tear. Beds need to be replaced in towers. Very worn out. And rooms don’t smell fresh. Called for more towels in the evening (no daily housekeeping available). Never received them. Had to call again in the morning and received them. If it wasn’t for the beautiful grounds and the golf courses, we would start staying elsewhere.”

“Not like it used to be to be. Limited food options. Half the shops were closed. Probably won’t be back since better options opened up near where we are.”

“Everything ok”

“The hotel is located in the heart of downtown and within walking distance of the beach, which was very convenient. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and smelled fresh. The bar was also a great spot, with a super nice and welcoming bartender. Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed our visit. One area that could use some attention is the hallway—the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, as the patching is quite noticeable and doesn’t look……
