“Enjoyed our time at Grand Beach Resort and the time spent exploring Traverse City area, We liked the beach view room and interesting breakfast menu delivered to the room but we messed up thinking the cards were for each person not for each day so today we only received one meal but that was our mistake. I would stay here again!”

“Room had bugs crawling out of crazy places in the morning when we woke up. One ladies shower didn't work, our shower had no shower curtain. No continental breakfast so we got some coffee, the security guard informed my son the coffee isn't brewed daily they just keep the coffee warm all the time and it could remain there for weeks before its gone and they brew more coffee for the pot.”

“The room was very clean, but the property is dated and could use some updating. Also be aware that it is not very accessible if you need an option with no stairs. Even with an elevator there were a few stairs to get to our room. Also the lobby where you check in is up a big hill a good distance from the rooms. So if you don’t have a car, there’s a bit of a walk. Keep that in mind if you are disabled. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive. Excellent service!”
