“The suites on the water are nice. The standard rooms are terrible. Super small, with no air flow. Also, no AC in any rooms!”

“We went during construction - so that probably explains a lot of it. But refrigerator did not work, gas fireplace did not work. We also could not use hot tub during our stay, it was not clean :/”

“This is my third time coming to this hotel and still getting amazed with everything. Super clean, beautiful views, very nice staff. I definitely recommend this property and I’ll definitely be back soon.”

“The people at the front desk were friendly but one guy gave us the wrong info re: the shuttle. We had to call and then filled him in afterwards. The room was pretty dirty. Debris on the floor, around the edges and in the tub. The window latch was broken so we couldn’t open it. The windows were very dirty, we couldn’t see the ocean. The wooden stairs were uneven and felt rickety. We were excited to stay here by the pictures on line but we’d likely never go back.”

“Has a older charm to it. But was very quite and peaceful for me. I was frustrated accessing the outlet by the Bed. I wanted to have my phone closer while i took a nap. The dock couldn’t plug into the wall outlet though. Other than that i woll most likely bokk there again next time”

“It is my favorite hotel because it close to the beach, two minutes on foot.”

“Very easy check-in! The staff was extremely helpful, especially trying to navigate the property, LOL it is quite big. Pool area was clean and kept up well. Wonderful outside pool (may is opening month) and includes an indoor pool with the hot tub inside. On the wall is a large t.v. showing children's shows and movies! Great place to go!! Only downfall is, they don't have an adult time for hot tub or maybe they could add and adult only hottub? Again a great place to go!”

“The unique encounter I had last night s stay was a LOUD fire alarm while sound asleep, and 100 decibels voice right on the ceiling next to my bed There’s a fire! Evacuate! My Sr/Disabled client looked at me as I shot out bed wondering At check in earlier I saw the staff talking with a frantic maintenance man and conversation overhead about fire alarm going off…. So I suspected it was a false alarm and told him to just wait. A few moments later text came from the front desk. False Alarm,……

“We stayed here for two nights. The front desk staff was friendly. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The room was big, but the microwave in the room did not work. The breakfast was good.”
