“You would never guess that this is a 50+ year old facility. It looked nearly new to me. The room was on the top floor as I had requested and was fine in all respects. This hotel had "free breakfast"....and it was EXCELLENT. Maybe not an omelet bar but it featured scrambled eggs and sausage, all the usual cereals and such....and an automatic PANCAKE Maker! Way better than I expected. Turns out that the motel had a complete sit-down restaurant and cocktail lounge "back in the pre-Covid……

“Very helpful staff. They are renovating some areas, but there is no construction debris lying around like you usually see with hotel renovations. Room was clean. Everything was in good working condition. Lots of hot water. Extra blanket in the closet if needed, which is rare these days. There were decent toiletries in the bathroom, which was nice since I left mine in the car & didn't feel like going back out. “Property was lovely and clean, spacious and nicely decorated and furnished. Fully equipped kitchen, supplied with condiments and coffee for the coffee machine, unfortunately no laundry facilities. Bathroom was stocked with towels and basic toiletries in case you’ve forgotten anything which was a nice touch. Beds comfortable and bed linen clean and fresh. Ample parking, quiet location near to town centre and facilities/ eateries. Host was available and answered any queries we had. I would……
