“Definitely not a safe neighborhood. But when I checked in, the lady who checked me in said I had already checked in and handed me my key cards. The wrong first name was spelled on the key card envelope, and it was a rude name, to say the least. And then there was no room number? It was all so odd and uncomfortable.
Breakfast was the best part, it had solid options.”

“We came to enjoy the pool during spring break with our two small kids and found so much more to explore! We live a little over an hour away in the downtown Pittsburgh area. Great food (we are at Trace and Skyline), friendly staff, great breakfast sandwich + good coffee at the coffee shop! We loved the zoo so much that we visited twice - we paid for the extra animal experience at the zoo the first day we went, hours were a little short so this took up most of our visit, but was worth EVERY penny……
