"We walked into the A/C that was only working at 50% in the whole building. The clerk at the desk was not rude but was not pleasant either. Asked immediately if we wanted to be refunded due to the a/c issue. We had no choice but to stay since it was late and we are a young family of 5\. We were then sent to a room that had not even been cleaned. Beds unmade, trash in trash cans. Same clerk barely apologized and gave us another room. Rooms were okay.. beds seemed cleaned but the bathroom could have been much better. They seem outdated and a bit shabby. The breakfast was very nice and the look of the hotels main area was appealing and updated. "

"Staff was great room was good. Bathroom tube needed some caulking touch up and the floor tile had a crack. Breakfast was good. Had sausage, biscuits and gravy (was pretty salty), eggs, waffles, coffee, and your normal continental breakfast items. "
