“We were very pleased with our clean nicely equipped room. The staff was friendly and helpful. The weather was very cold so we couldn't do much outside, but it is an unusually cold, snowy February. Food at Skyline Kitchen and Bar was good and there's a nice view from the windows. Trace Chophouse was a disappointment...quite expensive, and the food was not worth the price.”

“The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom had small shampoo, conditioner, body wash amenities in tubes. Shower only, no tub, very clean bathroom. Clean towels and bed linens. The breakfast was simple, but good, microwavable sausage biscuit sandwiches, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, juice and coffee.
Breakfast area was well stocked and clean.
The hot tub is not currently filled, and the laundry room is also out of order.”

“The WiFi is really bad. I can’t access to the internet while staying in the room. The hotel deliberately tries to drag you out of the room to the casino and the racetrack. When I called the front desk and complained about wifi service, all they told me is “well sir, it turns out you are in a dead spot. Sorry”
This is absurd, not everyone comes here is for the casino and racetrack. I’m on a business trip, and it’s a just a stopping by.”
