“Everything, from the exterior, to the lobby, to the room, was in dire need of maintenance. Refused to stay in first assigned room. All furniture surfaces were sticky, ridiculous amounts of hair on many surfaces, and peeling and torn furniture. I do appreciate Brianna, who provided us with another, cleaner room. It was my first stay at a Quality Inn, and it will be my last.”

“This was an excellent stay despite of the fact I have a mobility problem and our room was 40+ steps above. Unique place and the people I met there were friendly and kind. If you're lucky enough to run into JeanMarie outside weeding, make sure you ask her questions about this area, she's local and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Our 2nd luck was seeing Chef Kashiff. Never expected that level of frienliness - we were beyond charmed by his story. Don't forget to make the 3 course dinner……

“When I arrived and when I departed, the valet employees did not offer to help with luggage. There were ants all over the floor under my table in the bar. The scrambled eggs and toast for breakfast tasted terrible. You also will want your maintenance staff to work on room 509. The freezer in the mini fridge is almost frozen over. The air conditioner filter was so covered in dirt and dust that I don’t see how there’s any airflow which might explain why it was so loud and rattling every time it……

“Apart from its own bar, it is closed on Sundays and Mondays, and it takes a long time to find a restaurant nearby.”

“The hotel is old but well kept in terms of cleanliness. We are used to having toothbrush kits available even in small inns so we were disappointed that it was not available here. No drinking water too and resto was not open early for breakfast.”

“原本的房型臨時被告知無法使用，房型被降級卻不主動提，反而說謊說是升級。沙發，床，窗戶，窗簾等又髒又臭又舊，按摩浴缸的水根本無法產生動力。”
