“We had a great stay at Embassy Suites, Charleston. The room and hotel were clean. We enjoyed the breakfast and happy hour events, and check-in / check-out were efficient. We were also happy with the valet parking. Would definitely stay again.”

When I called the front desk and complained about wifi service, all they told me is “well sir, it turns out you are in a dead spot. Sorry” This is absurd, not everyone comes here is for the casino and racetrack. I’m on a business trip, and it’s a just a stopping by.”
