“Really close to downtown in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The host was wonderful and very attentive. The house was well stocked with kitchen utensils and cookware. The mattresses were amazingly comfortable. We had a great experience. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was conveniently located to where we needed to go. It was very clean and smelled nice. The shower has amazing water pressure, and the large shower head made it feel like I was getting a nice message. I also liked the large gas stove. There were several items that could be used if you forgot something. (Toiletries, condiments, spices, etc.)Two very small things though. The ceiling on the stairs is very low. This is mentioned in the check-in guide, however……

“The Loft in Grandville was perfect for my wife and I for a short visit to the Grand Rapids area. It is close to the expressway, grocery stores, and the downtown Grandville district. You could walk to the downtown area in about five minutes! Holland, Grand Haven, and East GR are within a 40 minute drive. The amenities at the Loft are basic but clean. We used the kitchen for breakfast but that's all, the bathroom was clean but is a tight fit, even for one person. The bed was comfortable and……

“Home is great and ideal for a large family. Jerome the owner was very responsive. Provided a great deal of information about the Holland Community and things to see so if you are first-timer in this area you will find Jerome's suggestions very helpful. Provided a welcome basket with goodies and a 10 gift certificate to Captain Sundaes. I would highly recommend Captain Sundays. My family made several trips there.
